The former cargo hold (16x4m) was remodeled by an architect in 1981, creating a beautiful living space, which was updated to modern standards in 2013 and 2015 with the addition of double glazing, central heating and a top-of-the-line kitchen with every facility. Particularly special are the large windows that are placed around the hold, giving the living space a light and comfortable character, while offering beautiful views of the water, sky and city outside.
Layout:
Entrance; former hold with spacious and light living room with teak floor and wood-burning stove, open plan kitchen with induction cooker, refrigerator and freezer, oven, dual-function microwave, and dish washer; en suite bedroom with bathtub and sink; separate toilet in hallway.
The original cabin and the former living quarters of the skipper on the back of the ship have also been remodeled in 2013, although a number of original features were carefully preserved in the process. It has been turned into a lovely studio, consisting of a lounge with a built-in bed, a kitchenette, shower, separate toilet, and air conditioning unit. At the moment of writing the studio is one of the top rating accommodations in the city of Amsterdam, which speaks for itself. The cabin offers a 360-degree view of the surroundings. Its stand-alone nature makes it excellently suitable as a student or guest room.

After your swim, relax on one of the two beautiful and sunny terraces the ship has to offer, both on the aft and the front deck. Finally, watch the boats sail by or host a Bbq from the comfort of the spacious lounge sofa on the front deck.
There is also an additional 15 m2 which can be freely utilized, which is currently used as a workshop and storage.
